Promo Terms & Conditions

Promo Code Criteria

  1. Promo code is redeemable exclusively on Shopee at RM1.00.
  2. The promo code is eligible for bookings that are RM450 or more. 
  3. The car booking period must be between 3 March 2021 to 31 May 2021.
  4. The trip period must be between 3 March 2021 to 31 May 2021.
  5. Guests who apply the TREVO Gives promo code on their car booking will be eligible for a Free 1-Night Stay at a 5-Star Hotel. Using other promo codes will not be accepted.
  6. The TREVO Gives promo code is valid for one-time use only.

Registration for Hotel

  1. After the car booking has been accepted, Guests will receive an email with a Google Form to register their interest in a surprise hotel in their preferred location (only available to Penang, Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru and Kota Kinabalu) . Form must be filled in within 2 days upon receiving the email.
  2. Your TREVO car booking date and your Hotel check-in date does not have to be the same.
  3. The hotel check-in date must be between 6 March 2021 to 31 May 2021.
  4. The hotel check-in date must be set 3 days in advance of your form submission date. Once this is set, it cannot be changed.
  5. Change of “Preferred Location of Hotel” is not permitted.
  6. Should your booking not meet the eligibility of the TREVOGIVES 5-Star Hotel Stay, your form submission will automatically be disqualified and cancelled.
  7. After filling in the Google Form, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. The confirmation email is an acknowledgement that your request has been received.

Confirmation of Hotel

  1. The choice of the 5-Star Hotel is a surprise. You will receive an email revealing the hotel name at least 2 days before your hotel check-in date.
  2. Once the hotel has been assigned to you, it cannot be changed.

Payment

  1. Payment for your booking is made directly through the app.
  2. You will only be charged with your car booking. The 5-Star Hotel Stay (room rate only) comes with your booking and is free of charge.
  3. The Guest shall be liable for any additional charges during their stay at the hotel.

Cancellation policy

  1. Should you cancel your trip 24 hours before your trip commences, there will be no penalty charges, and your 5-Star Hotel booking will be cancelled as well.
  2. Should you cancel your trip in less than 24 hours of your trip commencement time, you will be charged a day’s worth of booking fee, and your 5-Star Hotel booking will be cancelled.
  3. In the event of loss of promo code due to cancellation, TREVO reserves the right not to reinstate the promo code.

Hotel Check-in

  1. The Guest shall check-in to the hotel with their Identification Card or Passport.
  2. Hotel Check-in time shall follow the Hotel’s terms and conditions.
  3. TREVO is not liable for the cancellation of your 5-Star Hotel Stay due to a late turn-up.

Car Booking

  1. All matters relating to the booking of the car on TREVO shall follow our Terms of Service. https://trevo.my/terms-of-service

  1. If at any point, there is a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, TREVO reserves the right to make the final decision.
  2. The 5-Star Hotel booking is not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
  3. TREVO reserves the right to vary/amend the privileges or Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
  4. TREVO reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, in accordance with applicable law, to withhold payment and suspend or limit, with notice of termination, the account of any TREVO Guest and Host suspected of fraud and violating the Terms & Conditions of TREVO.
